A collection of quantitative MRI analysis software written in Matlab. This includes mathematical models of MRI sequences for measurement of quantitative parameters including T1, T2, bound pool fraction, and exchange rates. 

ISMRM Challenge - Organizing Committee Member. www.ismrm.org/challenge

ISMRM Challenge is an initiative to foster impactful innovation in MRI applications and methodology through a series of year-around competitions. It is based on the premise of individuals and teams submitting reconstruction codes, which are tested and scored against a series of test cases in an automated fashion.
